Returns and Cancellations Policy

Returns

We accept returns on items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  1. Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

  2. Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Items that show signs of use will not be accepted for return.

  3. Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Restocking Fee:

All accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and preparing the item to be resold.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee and any original shipping charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [State a timeframe, e.g., 7-10 business days].

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

Cancellation Fee:

Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover processing costs incurred immediately after the order is placed.

Cancellations of Shipped Orders:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you will need to follow the standard Returns process above (including the 15% restocking fee).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
